Dr. Jeanine Kirchner-Krath ist ist Juniorprofessorin für Digitalisierung und nachhaltiges Wirtschaften an der Universit?t Koblenz war von 2023-2025  Postdoktorandin in der Gamification Forschungsgruppe.

Sie studierte an der Universit?t Koblenz und erwarb dort 2019 ihren M. Sc. in Informationsmanagement. Von 2020 bis 2023 promovierte sie in der Arbeitsgruppe für das Management von Information, Innovation, Entrepreneurship und Organisation an der Universit?t Koblenz im Rahmen des durch die Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft gef?rderten Forschungsprojektes Greenify.work (https://greenify.work/) und etablierte als akademische Leiterin ein Kompetenzzentrum für Gamification in Organisationen und für Nachhaltigkeit (GAMOS) an der Universit?t Koblenz. Von September bis Dezember 2022 besuchte sie als Gastwissenschaftlerin die Gamification Group unter der Leitung von Prof. Dr. Juho Hamari an der Universit?t Tampere, Finnland. Im Rahmen ihrer T?tigkeiten als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin unterstützte sie den Einsatz gamifizierter Lernprinzipien und Educational Escape Rooms in der Hochschullehre und wurde dafür mit den Universit?tspreis für digitale Lehre ausgezeichnet.

Frau Kirchner-Kraths Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt auf Gamification and motivationalen Informationssystemen für nachhaltige Entwicklung, insbesondere zur F?rderung von nachhaltigem Mitarbeiterverhalten in Unternehmen. Dabei liegt ein besonderer Fokus ihrer Forschungsaktivit?ten auf der kontinuierlichen Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmern und Praxis, um das Potenzial spielerischer Systeme für Nachhaltigkeit (z. B. umweltfreundliches Verhalten, Mitarbeitergesundheit und -Fitness, mentale Gesundheit) im Arbeitskontext zu erforschen und für unternehmerische Entscheider*innen nutzbar zu machen.
