David S?nger

Lecture

David S?nger is a lawyer and legal counsel in the Corporate Legal Department of GEA Group AG in Düsseldorf. He specializes in corporate and capital markets law. He has particular experience in public and private company takeovers and reorganizations as well as in equity and debt financing and corporate governance advice. In addition, David S?nger specializes in corporate and civil litigation. Before joining GEA Group AG, David S?nger worked for the international law firm Ashurst LLP.

Since the summer semester 2011, David S?nger has been a lecturer for the subject "Legal and Compliance Requirements for IT Governance".
