David Karl successfully passed the last milestone of his dissertation (title: "Analyzing and Managing Consumer Returns - Data-Driven Approaches for Consumer Returns Management") this week. The doctoral committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Eric Sucky, Prof. Dr. Bj?rn Ivens (Chair of Sales & Marketing), and Prof. Dr. Frank Schiemann (Chair of Controlling). The occasion was celebrated with family, friends, and colleagues. We congratulate David on his success!
